📥 1. How do I receive my sewing pattern after purchasing?

Because all Stitch Havenz products are 100% digital products, no physical item will be shipped to your address. Once your checkout is complete, an instant download link will appear on your confirmation screen. You will also receive an automated email containing direct download links for your PDF files.

🖨️ 2. What paper sizes can I print these patterns on?

Our digital PDF patterns are formatted to print standardly on US Letter and A4 home printer paper. Make sure your print settings are set to "Actual Size" or "100% Scale" (do not select "Fit to Page") so that the pattern dimensions remain exact.

📐 3. How do I verify that my pattern printed to the correct scale?

Every PDF file includes a printed Test Square (usually 1 inch or 5 cm). Before printing the entire pattern document, print only the page containing the test square and measure it with a ruler. If the measurements match, you are ready to print the rest of your pattern!

📱 4. Can I open and view the files on my phone or tablet?

Yes, you can view the PDF tutorial guides on any smartphone or tablet. However, for printing the physical pattern pieces, we strongly recommend opening the files on a computer using a dedicated PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to ensure proper printer scaling.

Absolutely! We design our patterns with clear, step-by-step instructions, beginner-friendly sewing techniques, and detailed photos or diagrams. Each product listing clearly specifies the difficulty level to help you choose the right project.

📂 6. What software do I need to open my files?

Our files are standard .pdf documents and .zip folders. You can open them using any free PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, available for desktop, Mac, and mobile devices.

Yes! You can re-download your files anytime by accessing your download link from your original purchase confirmation email. If you need further assistance, contact us at contact@stitchhavenz.com with your original order number.

🚫 8. Can I get a refund for a digital pattern?

Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all digital PDF sales are generally final once downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or accidentally purchased duplicate files, please contact us so we can resolve the situation fairly!

👗 9. Can I sell garments made using Stitch Havenz patterns?

Yes! You are welcome to sell finished physical garments made from our patterns on a small, handmade scale. However, reselling, sharing, copying, or distributing the digital pattern files or instruction guides themselves is strictly prohibited.

First, check your email spam/junk folder for the download link email. If you still encounter issues or error messages, send us an email at contact@stitchhavenz.com with your order details, and we will manually issue your pattern files promptly.
